Warranty coverage varies per manufacturer. Generally, only manufacturing defects are covered by most warranties. Please consult your products warranty sheet that was provided with your product for specific coverage questions.

Warranty units with physical damage/misuse or are operating correctly may be subject to an estimate fee and shipping & handling charges.

The $50.00 or $100.00 up-front fee may be paid with Check, Money Order, Visa or Mastercard.

Shipping & Handling for returned equipment is extra and will be billed based on actual shipping charges. We do not ship internationally. (Insurance and Delivery Signature are required for all items being shipped back to the customer.)

Package the unit carefully and ship it prepaid and insured to us at the address listed below.
